We make our pieces for you after we receive your order and they will ship out within approximately two weeks. This enables us to hold less inventory and pass the savings to you. If you ask us, the wait is a small price to pay for fair pricing.

We’re happy to adjust any of our pieces to your preferred metal (think: Platinum or 18K gold) or if you’d like us to design and make you a bespoke piece, send us an email at hello@sistersister.us. All sales of custom pieces are final.

You can cancel your order up until it has shipped. If you still wish to cancel after it has shipped, you may return your order using our free returns option within 30-days of receipt. Please see our return policy.

Shipping to locations within the United States is free and times vary depending on your destination.

We have a 30-day return policy and must receive the item back within the end of the 30-day window. To return, all items are unworn, no signs of damage, and in their original packaging (e.g., box and pouch). If the item does not meet these specifications, we reserve the right to deny the return and ship it back to customers. If the item was a gift, we provide store credit only. We do not accept exchanges.

Send an email to hello@sistersister.com requesting your return label. Please note that original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and are not included in the credit.

We want to know too! Instead of guessing, we recommend using our ring sizer to find your exact measurements. Please steer clear of those alternative methods of determining your size (e.g., wrapping a piece of paper around your finger and using a ruler). Those methods are less accurate and lead to disappointment. Our ring sizer measures: Ring sizes from 1-17 Full and half sizes.
